Guest kit orders

Guest checkout stores the selected kit, price, order reference, payment-link ID, verified payment ID, delivery email when provided, and delivery status to provide your purchase and support. Card and payment credentials are handled by Razorpay, not stored by this kit checkout. Your browser stores a checkout identifier and private order link so you can return without signing in. Information we process

Google or email/password sign-in through Firebase supplies account identity, such as your account identifier, name and email. We process project prompts, scripts, settings, generated narration and videos to deliver the service. Billing records include subscription and payment references, status and usage allowances.

Service providers

Google Firebase handles authentication. Razorpay handles checkout and payment details; we do not store full card numbers. NVIDIA processes script prompts, and Fish Audio processes narration text. Resend processes your delivery email address and private order link to send purchase emails when email delivery is enabled. These emails are for your purchase, not a marketing subscription. Cloudflare handles traffic to the website. These providers process relevant data under their own terms and privacy policies and may process it outside your country. AI provider terms may permit use of submitted content to improve their services; do not submit confidential or sensitive information.

Storage and sessions

Project files and billing records are stored on the service operator’s server. A secure, HttpOnly session cookie keeps you signed in for up to five days. Authentication providers may also use browser storage and cookies. Technical request information may be processed for security, troubleshooting and abuse prevention.

Website measurement

We measure visits to guides and kit pages and the steps leading to checkout. A random token in session storage groups activity in the same browser tab and is renewed after 30 minutes of inactivity. It measures browser sessions, not individual people. We send only the step, session token and a broad source category such as Google, Instagram, paid ads or direct. We do not send search terms, full referrer URLs, campaign names, advertising click IDs, email addresses, IP addresses or fingerprints to this measurement system.

The server removes hashed session tokens during daily cleanup after seven days and daily aggregate counts after 400 days. The tokens help avoid counting refreshes as new sessions. Checkout records may retain the broad acquisition source and a hashed session reference to connect verified purchases to the workflow. Purchases are confirmed from payment records, never from browser tracking alone. Payment and delivery records remain separate from website measurement.

We respect browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals. You can also exclude this browser from website measurement or clear that exclusion. This preference is stored locally in your browser; it does not disable checkout, payment verification or delivery. Excluded browsing and declared internal test orders are separated in traffic reports. Historical counters collected before this update are retained as event totals, not unique visitors.

Retention and your choices

Records are retained to provide the service and handle billing, disputes and security. There is currently no fixed automatic deletion schedule for projects. Request deletion by emailing support from your registered email; we may verify ownership before acting. Some records may need to be retained for legal, accounting or fraud-prevention purposes. Cancel renewal separately before requesting account deletion. Removing Google permissions alone does not delete stored projects.

We use your information to operate, secure and support your account and handle your requests. Policy changes will be published here with an updated date.
