One-time kits are delivered as a ZIP download on your private order page after Razorpay confirms the full payment. The checkout return and payment-status refresh verify payment automatically. No website account is required. Save your private order link and download the ZIP. When the checkout asks for a delivery email, we also email the private download link after verifying payment. Check your inbox and spam folder. Your order page remains available if email is delayed; Google Drive sharing is not included.
If you close checkout, reopen the existing-order link on the same kit review page in the same browser. If you lose the order link or payment was taken but download access is missing, contact [email protected] with your Razorpay payment reference. Do not pay again. Delivery can be delayed by a payment-provider interruption; support will reconcile the payment. A refund may remove download access.
Vedika Generation is an online digital service. We do not ship physical products; there are no shipping charges.
Legacy subscription and hosted-video delivery
This section concerns existing video-platform customers, not one-time workflow kits.
Subscription access
After payment is verified, access is activated on the Google account used at checkout. If access does not appear, refresh My account. Contact [email protected] with your payment reference if it remains unavailable.
Video delivery
Videos are generated after you submit a project and are available as MP4 downloads in your workspace when rendering completes. Processing time varies with video length, queue size and service availability. Delivery is not instant and no fixed rendering time is guaranteed.
Failed renders release reserved video allowance. Download completed videos for your own records. For non-delivery, see our refund policy.
